Christmas Morning

Christmas Day was a quiet one this year. We woke up bright and early. The kids were anxious to see just what Santa had brought. Noah and Rylan were extremely happy to see that they had received RC Trucks. Sofie however, woke up on the bratty side of the bed. She walked into the living room, looked at her American Girl Doll and said "Me no want that..." What do you say to that? Wade and I chose to ignore it, but gave her a little talking to on the way to Grandpa and Grandma's about not being hurtful.
Rylan, even though he doesn't look like it, loved his cars. Noah and Rylan are both very good about realizing what could hurt someone's feelings. Two polite little boys, one little girl to bring up to speed...
Sofie amazed me on Christmas morning. She looked like she rolled right out of the salon. Maybe that's why she was so crabby. Good hair. Bad Attitude.
After opening gifts at our home, and eating a quick breakfast, we were on the road to Edwardsville. My Dad and Marge were expecting us for brunch. The kids love to see Papa Jim and Grandma Marge and were ready to walk out the door. After lunch, the kids were able to open their gifts.
Sofie wanted her photo taken with Carosn. I told her to lay down beside him for a picture, and this is what she did. :)
Rylan and Connor

This photo is actually from Christmas Eve, but I forgot to include it...
