The Crazies Bedrooms Remodeled

Here are the photos from the Crazies room remodels. We stuck with the cowboy theme for the boy's room. New bunk beds with a great built in desk and stairs leading to the top bunk instead of a ladder. It even has drawers built into the steps. And a new wall color, which is much easier on the eyes then the baby blue. Sofie got her princess room. It's all decked out with pink princess accessories. And a big girl bed which she has yet to sleep in.

Here's a funny story compliments of our resident comedian, Rylan. As Wade and I were repainting the boys room, Rylan came in and said "I really like the yellow that you are painting my room," and I said "Ry, It's brown not yellow..." and then Noah came in and said almost exactly the same thing. And they just wouldn't let it go, over and over they came in with the same comment and every time I corrected them, "It's not yellow. It's brown." So by this time we were almost finished and Rylan came in again. He said "Mom, I really like the brown you are painting my room." I smiled and thought finally, we have agreed it's brown. So Wade, wanting to make a point, says "Rylan what color do you really think your room is?" And Rylan looks me right in the face and says "Yellow." And walks out...

Magic House

On Saturday, Sarah and I ventured out to the Magic House in St. Louis. Not a lot had changed since our last visit about a year ago. Other than the two youngest being a larger part of the action. The kids loved the electrostatic ball and everyone except Noah, got their picture taken with their hair on end... I was a little disappointed. I thought Noah's hair would have made for a perfect picture. But I think he was scared, so I didn't push. Noah and Claire bummed around together the entire day. And the rest of the little ones stayed together. Except for Rylan who loves to disappear. I kept having to go upstairs to the pretend pizza restaurant and get him. Apparently he wants to work at Pizza Hut!

Rylan's hair was a little short for the full effect of the static ball!

Sofia's hair was a little better...

Rylan waiting tables at the busy pizza place. Sarah and I must have eaten 50 pretend pizzas.

The crazies at the water table.
