Sofia's Fourth Birthday!

On Sunday, we threw together a last minute bowling party for Sofia's fourth. The Humes family, My brother Jay's family, and one set of my parents, Jim & Marge, attended the "Fourth Birthday Bash". The kids had a great time bowling. And the party itself went pretty smooth. Sofia was happy to have everyone out to help celebrate her birthday.






Grandma Fran sent Sofie a box of birthday goodies from American Girl. The swimsuit below was her favorite of the lot. She refused to take it off, and she even tried to emotionally black mail me into letting her wear it. If you haven't been exposed to emotional blackmail yet, it's something like this. After a no, Sofie grabs her blanket. Heads upstairs to her room. Either curls up in bed. or if she is really desperate to get her way the corner. And cries. Rocking back and forth saying "Me Momma no luv me no moe..." Over and Over! Obviously I know she's manipulating me, and I cave everytime.
